Suicide Club, also called Suicide Circle is a independent horror film from Japan, written and directed by Sion Sono. The movie has developed a cult following, and has won the Jury Prize for "most groundbreaking film" at the Fantasia Film Festival.
Suddenly a wave of suicides are going through Japan amongst young people. The suicides are seemingly unconnected, and Detective Toshiharu Kuroda is trying to find out what causes these suicides.
Japan have made some really good movies through the times. This is one of them, I really enjoy this movie, it has some really good bloody scenes, and they manage to mix in some really weird stuff. The Japanese are really good at making these fucked up horror movies. If you are a fan of Japanese or Asian horror movies, this is one movie you should not miss out on! Loved it!
8 out of 10.
